Location Benoit inc., doing business as “Benco Pièces et Services” (“Benco”, “we”), takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
We collect only the information necessary for our activities:
By submitting your information through any of our forms, you consent to its use for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8), subject to information we must retain for legal or contractual reasons.
Our site uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook) cookies, which may be used for profiling, are off by default and activate only with your explicit consent, which you can give, refuse or change at any time via our consent banner.
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, CRM, advertising platforms), bound by confidentiality: GoHighLevel (CRM), Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (advertising), with your consent. Some are located outside Quebec (notably the United States); before any transfer we ensure adequate protection through appropriate contractual arrangements.
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes collected or to meet legal obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
Under Law 25 you may access, correct, withdraw consent, and request portability or de-indexing of your information. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer (above). We respond within 30 days.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we act with diligence: we mitigate consequences, notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and affected individuals, and record the incident in a register.
We may update this policy; the effective date above indicates the current version.
