Do you sell new and used machinery?
Both. We sell new Schäffer wheel loaders and telescopic handlers as the exclusive Quebec dealer, along with Benco-Schäffer sidewalk snow blowers and forklifts. We also carry a rotating inventory of inspected used machinery — wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts and attachments from various brands (Hitachi, Caterpillar, Kubota, TCM and others). Our in-stock inventory is listed in the shop, and it changes often, so tell us what you're looking for and we'll let you know what's available or coming in.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We can arrange financing on new and used equipment so you can spread the investment instead of paying it all up front. The terms depend on the machine, the amount and your situation. Send us the equipment you have in mind and we'll put together a financing proposal with the purchase quote.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. If you're replacing a machine, we evaluate your current equipment and apply its value against your purchase. Give us the make, model, year and hours — we'll give you a fair trade-in estimate and a net price on the machine you want.
Is there a warranty on used machinery?
Every used machine is inspected by our workshop before sale. Warranty coverage varies by machine and is stated clearly on the quote — some carry a remaining manufacturer warranty, others a Benco mechanical guarantee. Because we also run a full parts-and-service department, you're not left on your own after the sale.
Do you provide parts and service after the purchase?
Yes — that's a key reason to buy from a real dealer rather than a one-off seller. We stock original Schäffer, Kawasaki and TCM parts and Erskine attachments, and our workshop handles maintenance and repairs on hydraulics and diesel engines. Buying from Benco means your machine stays supported for its whole working life.
Do you deliver the machine I buy?
Yes. We deliver purchased machinery across Quebec, with transport matched to its weight, from our base at 2252 rang de la Savane in Richelieu. Delivery cost depends on the area — it's confirmed on the quote.
